Bij vertraagde penicilline-allergie (rash, geen anafylaxie): ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 1dd + metronidazol iv 500mg 3dd, 10-14 dagen.
Bij sepsis, tot verwekker bekend is, gentamicine iv 6 mg/kg 1dd toevoegen.
