Comments

Bij vertraagde penicilline-allergie (rash, geen anafylaxie): ceftriaxon iv 2000mg 1dd  + metronidazol iv 500mg 3dd + gentamicine 5 mg/kg (gentamicine totdat kweek bekend is)

Duur afhankelijk van kliniek. Na het bereiken van adequate source control is 5 dagen antibiotische behandeling voldoende.
